1 oz Gin
3/4 oz Cynar/carciofo amaro
1 1/2 oz Apple juice
1 oz Cold green tea
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Honey sugar syrup

Serve in a collins glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of basil leaf.
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
