History

A variation on the Toreador, featuring bittersweet mezcal and apricot notes.

This drink is an agave spirit-based variation on the classic Toreador (bullfighter). It is named after the banderillas, which are darts used by bullfighters in bullfights. While the brutality of this 'sport' leads many to question its future, the Toreador cocktail continues to be popular, inspiring this variation.
