1 1/3 oz Peach aperitif
1/2 oz Lime juice

How to make

Serve in a nick & nora glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of half lime slice wheel.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. 5 Garnish with half lime wheel rested across rim.

History

The original recipe calls for 45ml (1½oz) rhum agricole and 30ml (1oz) peach aperitif, likely using 40% alc./vol. rhum. This version is reformulated to account for the use of 50% rhum agricole.
