Ingredients
3 slice Banana
1 oz Cachaça (unaged)
2/3 oz Blended light 3-5yo rum
1/2 oz Banana liqueur
1/6 oz Corn/maize liqueur
1/3 oz Fino sherry
1/6 oz Lime juice
2 drop Saline solution 4:1
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of dried banana chip.
Method
- 3 MUDDLE banana with cachaça and rum in base of shaker.
- 4 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 6 Garnish with dehydrated banana chip.
