Ingredients
2 oz Light white rum
1/2 oz Banana liqueur
4 oz Pineapple juice
1 fresh Banana
1 oz Cream of coconut
How to make
Serve in a hurricane glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a HURRICANE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of banana chunk (cut garnish from centre of banana and place the rest in the blender to make the cocktail).
Method
- 3 BLEND all ingredients with 1.5 x 7oz scoops of crushed ice.
- 4 POUR into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 5 Garnish with banana chunk on rim.
