Ingredients
1 1/3 oz Cognac (brandy)
1 oz Amaretto liqueur
1/4 oz Maraschino syrup
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1 dash Aromatic bitters
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lemon (or orange) zest twist and skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherries.
Method
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
Garnish
- 5 Express lemon (or orange) zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
- 6 Garnish with skewered cherries.
