Ingredients
1 fresh Passion fruit
1 1/2 oz Light gold rum 1-3yo
1/2 oz Apricot liqueur
1 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/4 oz Vanilla sugar syrup
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of half passion fruit.
Method
- 3 Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out the flesh from each shell into shaker.
- 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 6 Garnish with passion fruit half floated on surface.
