History

Sweet and Manhattan-like, with chamomile liqueur providing floral notes and honeyed sweetness.

This cocktail was created in February 2019 by Matteo Landi at Back Door 43 in Milan, Italy. It was named due to a lack of a more suitable name and was originally made with Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino rosso vermouth.
