1 1/2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Anisette liqueur
1 1/2 oz Pink grapefruit juice
1 1/2 oz Brut sparkling wine
3/4 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

  1. 1 SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass
  2. 2 TOP with champagne and soda water
  3. 3 Lightly stir and serve with straws.
