Ingredients

2 fresh Mint leaves
1 1/2 oz Fino sherry
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 1/2 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon and lime slice wheels, and mint sprigs bouquet.

Method

  1. 3 Gently MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).
  2. 4 Add next 5 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 Open the shaker, ADD soda and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with lemon and lime slice wheels, and mint sprigs bouquet.
