Ingredients

1 fresh Passion fruit
1 oz Bourbon whiskey
1 oz Calvados apple brandy
1/4 oz Grenadine syrup
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/24 oz Orange flower water
1 dash Orange bitters

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of Orange zest twist.

Method

  1. 3 Cut a passion fruit in half and scoop the flesh and seeds from each half into shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
