1/2 oz Amaro (e.g. CioCiaro)
2 barspoon Honey
2/3 oz Lime juice
1/12 oz Ginger syrup

Serve in a rocks glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a ROCKS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lime wedge.

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

This cocktail was adapted from a drink created in 2016 at Bar Hommage in Stockholm, Sweden. The name of the cocktail originates from a street in Lima, Peru, where the creators of the drink found themselves at a bar named Ayahuasca.
