Ingredients
1 fresh Passion fruit
2 oz Bison grass vodka
1 oz Apple juice
1/2 oz Passion fruit syrup
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)
How to make
Serve in a martini glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
Method
- 3 Cut passion fruit in half and scoop out the flesh from each shell into shaker.
- 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice. (You shouldn't need to dry shake to achieve desired foam head.)
- 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 6 EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
