History
Properly balanced, this classic lets gin shine, supported by herbal vermouth and pomegranate notes, with the orange zest twist being crucial.
Harry Craddock adapted this drink for his 1930 The Savoy Cocktail Book. The original recipe called for: ATTA BOY COCKTAIL. ⅓ French Vermouth. ⅔ Dry Gin. 4 Dashes Grenadine. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
