1 oz White port
2/3 oz Gentian liqueur
5/6 oz Lemon juice
5/12 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 dash Creole bitters
2 oz Soda water
How to make
Serve in a collins glass

- 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of grapefruit slice wheel.
Method
- 3 SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.

- 5 Garnish with grapefruit slice wheel.
