Ingredients
3 slice Fresh ginger
3 pea Wasabi paste
3 oz Citrus vodka
1 barspoon Soy sauce
1/2 oz Lemon juice
4 oz Tomato juice
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lemongrass.
Method
- 3 MUDDLE ginger with vodka in base of shaker.
- 4 Squeeze wasabi paste onto bar spoon and STIR with vodka and ginger until dissolved.
- 5 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 6 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
Garnish
- 7 Garnish with lemongrass.
