History
This bittersweet cocktail functions well as an aperitivo.
This cocktail is adapted from a 2008 recipe by Kyle Davidson at The Violet Hour in Chicago, USA. The name comes from repeating the drink's name while considering that the original recipe includes Cynar, an artichoke-leaf-flavored liqueur.
