2 oz Gin
1 oz Peach schnapps
3/4 oz Sauvignon Blanc wine
3/4 oz Chilled water
1/2 oz Rioja wine
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
- 1 SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass
- 2 TOP with soda and then carefully FLOAT Rioja wine.
