Ingredients

1 oz OP high ester aged pot still rum
2/3 oz Red bitter liqueur
1/3 oz Chartreuse Green

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of 2 orange zest twists.

Method

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS first orange zest twist over the cocktail and discard. Express the second orange zest twist and use as garnish.

This recipe was adapted from a creation circa 2019 by Brandon Bramhall at Attaboy in Nashville, Tennessee. The original volumes were reduced by a third to enhance sobriety and approachability.
