Apple brandy sweetened with maple syrup, soured with lemon, and lengthened with orange.

This version, served on the rocks and in a jar, is an adaptation of the classic Apple Jack Rabbit from The Savoy Cocktail Book. It was adapted from a serve created in 2009 by Dino Koletsas at Bourne & Hollingsworth in London, England.
