7 fresh Blackberries
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Apple juice
Float Whipping cream

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of cinnamon powder and fresh blackberry.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE blackberries in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add vodka and apple juice, and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  4. 6 FLOAT cream by pouring over the back of a spoon.

Garnish

  1. 7 Dust with cinnamon powder.
  2. 8 Garnish with skewered blackberry.
