3/4 oz Elderflower liqueur
3/4 oz Lime juice

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare rosemary sprig for garnish.

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

History

A bittersweet and intensely flavoured drink, with rich floral elderflower competing with assertive citrus and amaro. Served straight-up in a sour or coupe glass, but improved on the rocks.
