History

Añejo tequila substitutes for American whiskey, dominating this Manhattan riff.

This is an adapted version of a recipe originally created by Ryan Magarian in Seattle, USA. Magarian’s initial recipe included Licor 43 liqueur. The history of the Manhattan cocktail is a subject of much discussion.
