History

Sparkling dry biscuity champagne complements sweet red grapes; pisco adds fortification and complex grape distillate notes.

Meaghan Dorman created this recipe circa 2011 at Raines Law Room in New York City. The name reflects its use of Peruvian pisco and its rosé sparkling wine hue.
