4 slice Fresh ginger
1 1/2 oz Bison grass vodka
4 oz Apple juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/2 oz Apple Schnapps

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg and apple wedge.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE ginger in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish

  1. 6 Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
  2. 7 Garnish with apple wedge on rim.
