  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

  1. 3 POUR honey aperitif into chilled glass.
  2. 4 TOP with prosecco and briefly stir.

  1. 5 EXPRESS lemon or orange zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
