1/2 oz Lemon juice
3 oz Ginger beer

How to make

Serve in a copper mug or collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COPPER MUG OR COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of basil leaf.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE strawberry and basil in base of shaker.
  2. 4 ADD limoncello and lemon juice.
  3. 5 SHAKE with ice.
  4. 6 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass/mug.
  5. 7 TOP with ginger beer.

Garnish

  1. 8 Garnish with basil sprig bouquet.
