Ingredients
1 2/3 oz Birch eau-de-vie
1 oz Pink grapefruit juice
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 2/3 oz India pale ale (IPA) beer
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
- 1 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass
- 2 TOP with pale ale and briefly stir.
