History

Bittersweet, as expected from a White Negroni, with pleasing dry almond.

This cocktail is adapted from a recipe created in March 2023 by Jo Cola at Baan Tepa in Bangkapi, Bangkok. The original used GIL Gin, a peated rural gin from Calabria, Italy. A dry gin and a small amount of peated Scotch whisky have been substituted.
