History

The name "All Jacked Up" was inspired by applejack, but calvados was used. Fernet was slightly reduced for roundness, hopefully resulting in an uplifting drink.

This drink is an adaptation of a 2016 creation by Jordan Brower, who was working at Mayahuel in New York City, USA at the time.
