Ingredients

3 slice Cucumber (fresh)
1 1/3 oz Cacao spiced rum
2/3 oz Fruit cup liqueur
2/3 oz Lime juice
2 dash Red hot pepper sauce
3 oz Ginger ale

How to make

Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml)

  1. 1 MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker
  2. 2 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass
  3. 3 TOP with ginger ale.

History

In South American Spanish, 'ají' means 'chili pepper' and 'dulce' means 'sweet', thus the name translates to 'sweet chili pepper'.
