1 1/2 oz Agricole rhum (unaged)
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Sugar cane syrup
1/2 oz Chilled water
6 drop Daiquiri bitters

Serve in a coupe glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lime wedge.

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
