1 1/2 oz Grappa
1/2 oz Coffee liqueur
1/2 oz Brown/dark cacao liqueur
1 oz Espresso coffee (hot)
1 scoop Vanilla ice cream
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass

- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of 3 coffee beans.
Method
- 3 BLEND all ingredients with three cubes of ice.
- 4 POUR into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 5 Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated in a petal formation in the centre of the cocktail's foamy head.
