History

Herbal liqueur and Pedro Ximénez sherry enrich this variation on a classic Old Fashioned.

Will Lee, partner and beverage director at Grey Ghost in Detroit, Michigan, created the original recipe in 2018. Will told Wine Enthusiast magazine, "The spirit-driven nature of the cocktail is meant to warm your body." It was designed as a winter cocktail.
