Ingredients

1 oz Coconut rum liqueur
2/3 oz Americano bianco
1/3 oz Gentian liqueur
1/3 oz White crème de cacao
1/2 oz Lemon juice

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

A coconut rum and gentian charged variation on the 20th Century Cocktail.

This drink is adapted from a 2026 creation by Erik Tennyson at The Warren Bar & Burrow in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. While Erik's original ingredient proportions have been maintained, the overall volume of each component has been reduced by one third.
